There is a lot to learn in this course. The videos/classes are short (between 3 to 6 minutes), yet numerable. For me, it makes it all easier to follow. However, when working with Visual Studio, .NET and EF Core, you're likely going to face some specific problems (specially if you're a begginer like me) that are not completly adressed in the videos/classes. So, when this happens, you'll be on your own to look for ways to solve thoses problems. Of course, there is the Q&A section that may help you, but be ready to make some researches of your own. Still this is a good course to take. As I said before, there is a lot to learn from theses classes and Bhrugen is a really good instructor. Furthermore, looking for ways to fix issues on your own might be a good opportunity to learn as well.

Great Teacher. I am able to understand most content within the first time. If not, for the second time I can understand. Teacher explains everything in an easy and clear way. I will take a look at you other courses. Really beginner friendly course. Section 8.1, i cant understand a word before you showing me what we want to achieve. How am I supposed to know what i should code without knowing what i want to achieve?

The portion on EF Core was laid out well but the speed of teaching was too fast. A lot of concepts were not explained properly and their usage was not explained properly.

Very clear explanation!. I am impressed and excited to learn more. I recommend to complete the whole course NOT just stopping at Section 10. The OLD lectures do have clearer explanations of things which I find very refreshing as a review after reaching Section 10. I was hoping that we will have the use of WPF instead of old CSHTML/CSS/Razor approach. Why not have another course like this using WPF front end. I am glad I completed all the 182 videos and now have a better understanding of EF Core. In three months, we will have .NET Core 8 and I am excited to learn the new features like the WHERE clause and FILTERING with the INCLUDE method added at .NET Core 5. Awesome.

Amazing course! What I found most interesting was the part about migrations, logging, Bulk operations, change tracking as well as explicit and eager loading. Brughen's teaching is very clear and he teaches from the basics to advanced topics. It would be great to add a section on handling transactions with this technology. I highly recommend this course to all .Net developers who want to learn how to handle EF Core well or go deeper into how to handle EF Core well or go deeper into it.

I would give 5 stars, but the last lesson was given in a hurry about .NET 5 Filters, and I didn't understand the results of the queries, the rest of the course I understood everything, if this lesson is replaced and well explained I will give the perfect 5 stars, i dind't understand why with the Take(n) operator it gives all records and not n records, and I didn't understand why in the where clause returns results when theres no Author_Id, when it shoud return results for Author_Id == n only: var bookFilterBookAuthors = _db.Books .Include(b => b.BookAuthors.Where(ba => ba.Author_Id == n)) .ToList(); var bookFilterLast5BookAuthors = _db.Books .Include(b => b.BookAuthors.OrderByDescending(ba => ba.Author_Id).Take(n)) .ToList(); I did the complete MVC Core 3.1 and is a superb course 5 stars, I only give 5 stars to perfection that didn't make me think, and I understood 100% perfectly. I will continue to buy all courses from this author.

I would highly recommend this course for people who are new to EF core and people who are aware of the concepts and still need a one place library to refer the concepts. The authors response to the Q&A section is very commendable. I got replies to couple of my queries in quick time. Just a suggestion, It would be great if you can append this course with some details on transactions in EF core and scaffolding Database first approach in EF core
