Ethereum and Solidity: The Complete Developer's Guide (Udemy.com)

This course is too outdated. It covers some of the theory well, providing a good higher level understanding of using etherium and solidity. But the NextJS material is outdated. I followed along with the first project. I watched most of the videos for the Kickstarter project on 2x speed, and didnt implement it, because its a very old technology.

I just became excited about the new module where you explain the kickstarter problem! As a rookie in this technology i finally understood the power of the technology. Maybe you could make a small module/video in the very beginning explaining a few examples of problems and solutions with this technology (not sure if you did). That would keep me much more engaged in sections 2,3,4. I still continued and i am happy about it. Thank you anyway for the good work and the knowledge you share!

I have mixed feelings about this course. On one hand the instructor explains things in the best possible way. And he makes things interesting. This course is the opposite of boring. On the other hand however: 1) many things are outdated. The instructor has added all the necessary notes about how to deal with the changes but still it is a real pain in the rear. 2) so much front-end development. I was planning (still am) to use a different front-end technology. I don't care how to make react buttons look nice! Yet he spends 7 hours on exactly that! 3) he doesn't touch tokenomics at all!. No idea how to create my own token (actually i have an idea thanks to ANOTHER udemy course)

Course was really nice, it was well crafted. I enjoyed the course throughout. Initial sections was quite frustrating, course was outdated, also I was not good at javascript, node.js stuff. I took a break learn javascript and node.js. By the time I came back course was updated!!! Still the core of the course is outdated but due to the updates provided, it will help you not getting stuck for hours. I am not giving 5 stars because there is no seprate channel provided for this course students on the Discord server. I really struggled a lot finding peers who are in the same shoes as I was. Its my kind request please add channel for this course too.

This course content is excellent! Not only did I learn Ethereum really well, but also a good amount of React. I had no experience in building websites before this course and this course just built up my interest in learning Web development as well. If there is 1 feedback that I would give to the instructor, it would be to pace things up a bit coz I really felt the speed was pretty slow. Other than this, I would highly recommend this course to the ones who want to get started with Ethereum and smart contracts :)

Awesome. What an amazing learning experience! Compared to other ethereum courses, this is the best one I've ever seen. So far I've learned many solidity elements and I am able to understand the underlying mechanism of many things. Although the course looks a bit outdated, the major concepts are the same regardless to the versions of solidity. Thus, it's a highly recommended course.

for the beginner i would suggest this is the best course.
i think there might be small issue with `next-routes` like using (Router.pushRoute or replceRoute) but still not that big. u can follow along with course and everything works great.

Clear and understandable

This course is based on out of date versions and requires participants to downgrade. I am extremely disappointed to find that it is useless for learning how to create blockchain tokens on an up-to-date version of Solidity.
Getting a question answered took so long that the refund period expired and quite frankly I feel cheated.

this is my third course from stephen grider sir i loved it very much.

Started off strong, lots of great info and clear teaching, but a few hours in I realized that a lot of this is deprecated. Some code is unsupported in the latest version of solidity, and you have to make some fixes half way through the modules. If they updated this, it would be an amazing course.
