Many of the examples of AI mishaps were due less to the behavior of the AI and more to lapses in standard security and governance processes. Underscore how AI is new, but the same principles we applied before are still relevant to it.

Yes it very helpful in explaining when to trust AI, when to verify, and when to escalate concerns. showing employees what actions to take when they notice risks.

Great content to remind us of the basics on ensuring we are protecting ourselves, ensuring customer privacy. I appreciated the sentiment, just slowing down, asking ourselves questions prior to uploading sensitive content is basic and actually takes very little time to do.

timing was very short on role plays, course can be better timed and more simplified, as lots of responses were not enough, had to redo role pay practices multiple times. this was not correctly structured course specifically in role play

I like the course and the role plays. I don't like the videos in the beginning where the presenter announced that only a certain percentage of people get there, it sounds awkward to me.

This was very informative. In the pursuit of venturing more into AI , it is very important to act responsibly each step on the way and this material has conveyed that !!!

In the beginning I was a little skeptical that this might be more of an ideology-driven course. But after completing it, I am very pleased with the way this important topic was covered. Thanks a lot !
By Ralph Julis on 3/2/2026
It covered the many ways AI can be used in a business setting but also covered the issues that could arise from not verifying the information gathered or its sources.

it's going to be a very valuable subject as next year we are going to digitalize the whole country, well now I have just completed the course and found to be so valuable for each and every one, I have already started using the knowledge which I have learn from this course which I will share it with you, recently I have received autogenerated email stating that I have already completed 35 hours and the disadvantages on another line again it says if I have not started learning which I got frustrated and replied to HR to amend the AI generated random emails
