I really enjoyed the course and it is very useful for me. A few notes: * I would refrain from personal opinions: " I dont why people are getting more concerned about lead in their paint?" * you are sometimes superdetailed and then in the section where you discuss the schedules relating to debts you remain a bit vague when you state: "or any other schedule you can come up with". But overall, thank you very much!

I've enjoyed the tutorial so far. The instructor seems knowledgeable about the subject matter and really takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Thank you for this course. I thought that overall the explanations were dynamic and easy to follow with a good quality of high level modelling techniques presented. However, I found a few things missing: 1. Not enough info on structure regarding where and how to present back up calculations (best practice), especially regarding scenarios 2. Nothing related to R&D capitalisation which is quite relevant in today's world 3. Debt schedule is nice but would have been good to specify also how interest is presented in the balance sheet (should it be accrued etc.) 4. Allowing circulatory reference seems a bit disastrous to me and I do not think it is well explained in terms of how we can work around it. Cash balance does not change whereas it should? My conclusion is that it is a good starting point for financial modelling, but needs a bit more deep diving.

Good explanation. Have already taken the Financial Statement course. Five Stars when we put both together! I need to play more with complete spreadsheet, where doubts will be clear.

Very good and detailed, allows you to dive deep into schedules but also provides a shortcut to model depreciation and loan repayment.

The instructor is easy to follow and goes slowly which enables me to intake the information easily.

While the course give a good overview on how to do the modelling, I feel like the way assumptions are made here wouldn't hold up against the usual scrutiny from top management. While I appreciate that this course wants to keep it simple and do a lot of modelling in very few hours, I would have liked to see some overview about different ways to do it, if you need more precision (i.e. bottom up ways of calculating positions on the balance sheet). Overall however, the course delivers on promises and gives a decent crash course.

So far I've been enjoying the first chapters of this course. It's easy to follow the intstructor as he's making things very clear. Look forward to learning more as I go. Thanks!

I am now beginning to understand financial modelling. This is becoming so much easier.

I've really only just started. We haven't gotten far enough to truly evaluate. However, so far the instructor is thorough and covering the material in an easy to understand manner.
