Today I completed this course and I would say I had a good start in Real Estate Financial or Cash Flow Modelling I learned a lot here but please update the course it's a kind request to the instructor.

it's good. there's a few mistakes here and there. he didn't include the Barber Greene public pdf handout in resources. but overall it's good.

Fantastic course explaining the different types of real estate types and how to analyze their performance using dynamic financial models. The resources that are included give additional value as you are able to follow along and implement the lessons being presented. Definitely recommend!!!

Excellent and a great fit for me. I am into selling and investing in foreign real estate abroad, but the principle are basically the same except for a few minor differences! But there are a few bits and pieces of information, that I wish I would had been provided with? They mention textbook? Which textbook? Also, I get the equations, but he does not explain exactly which keys to press in order to use the Excel program. The course is good and I am learning many things, but only about 40 to 50% of the course’s total information .
