This is so informative. Much more better than other courses about FL Studio that I've took. I know a lot more about FL studio after this. Though I wasn't that interested in making music from this type of genre, but other tips and tricks about FL studio helps!

I learned so much about making beats in this course. I bought EVERY fl studios course on Udemy (NO LIE) and this is theee best course on here, I went from not being able to make beats at all (and I was trying to learn for 8+ years with other courses and youtube etc.) to being able to make 200+ beats from what I learned in this course. out of the 200+ beats i made they all have potential but its only like 50 beats that are really good and thats better than not being able to finish a full beat at all. I feel like I owe it to you to tell you that this course changed my life as far as making beats I now have an artist that I signed and sold my first beat online. I wish you make another Udemy course like this one but more current I would like for you to be my personal instructor I still have room to grow!

This is a good course for beginners like myself. I just wish you were using the latest software of FL because I am still stuck on were is the master volume for the automation clip of the playlist. Plus when you were making the type beats I understand you couldn’t talk but it will be great on some moments you pause and tell your audience why you did this or did that especially with the EQ I had to go on YouTube to figure out how to use that. But all in all it’s an ok course still much more to learn if I or any one else is actually trying to get their beats for placement or to sell.

I really enjoyed this course and don't regret to have it bought. The instructer really speaks and explains clearly, his accent makes him even more sympathic. I've already known many things, but there are also many things I haven't known before. All in all the course was really worth to buy. :)

My goal in taking this course was simply to regain some exposure and experience in modern rap production and this course definitely provided that. I've used Fl Studio in the past, back when it was still called Fruity Loops and only available on Windows, but that was 15+ years ago. On one hand, I feel like Xcales was promoting his brand a little too much. The lack of commentary while he was making the beats i.e. the longest chapter of the course was also a little strange. On the other hand, I understand how producers often don't get the recognition or compensation they deserve and everyone's creative process is different, so those weren't deal-breakers. All in all, a great course for the price. I will definitely revisit a few of the chapters for tips, tricks, and techniques. "It's the dancer!"

I already played around with FL studio before buying this course and I believed I had the basics covered, still this course surprised me, since in section 3 (where I am now) I already bumped into a couple of tricks I didn't know or use before. I recommend it to everyone who is starting fresh in the world of music production.

Good explanation and goes deep into the materia. It's a great course on how to make, produce and create beats (maybe by far the best). The teacher goes deep into the materials and explains in a clear way how to produce the beats. If you want a course on how to make, produce and mix beats don't look any further 'cause this is the course you need.Thank's a lot lot for creating this course I enyoyed every second of it Xcaler-Beats !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Course is okay. information is insufficient. When he says that this course is for absolute beginners, he means it. I felt like I outgrew the course as I was taking it. All topics are barely skimmed over, glossing over what feels like the least important aspects of each subject. Poor course IMO

here's my honnest opinion. there is nothing in it that you won't find on youtube. the only reason you would like to pay for it is that you won't have to search for the basics. My overall thought, it's missing some works. there is too much of the videos where the instructor didn't record his Nexus Plugins correctly. so we have moments of silence. Pros : - it's cover the basics (i think i'm a beginers, but i didn't learn much from it since i already found those informations). - there is 5ish hours of music productions cons : - there is realy only 3 hours of teaching. what i mean by that is, there is 3 hours of videos where he talk - there is too much videos where the nexus pluging wasnt on the good sound card. that create silence on some videos and we can't understand totaly what he is trying to acheive on his experimentation - on the 5ish hours of productions, he don't speak. as he mentionned, he need to concentrated. that i understand totaly. but what i don't understand is why he didn't put captions on those video after works to explain what he is trying to acheve - lots of videos seem to come from a video publications plateform (since he start couples with "this week...") if you don't want to search and get the basics. it's ok, but be ready to get bored at some point. if you think you will get much from this, look somewhere else
