Was way too basic, did not share the techniques in detail infact was done at a very base level. Not even a single line I have learnt from this course. A sheer waste of money.

I gave this an excellent rating, because of all the new and technics I never knew. The Modules gave me a sense of understanding my own relationships with my family and as a caregiver how to better dialogue with all the delicate issues with my family members relating to our mother who I am a care giver for.
The module that I will most keep in mind is when Dr. Karen mentioned the first reaction to pay close attention to when I have to explain why I need to handle a medical issue for my mom. Sometimes If I do not explain everything the first reaction of fear is expressed instead of waiting to hear the whole story.
I won't go further, but I am very appreciative to the course material you provided and know that I am going through it again and working out my technics to better help my mother.
