She utterly fails to define the concepts. Instead, she presents a stream of judgments about Gestalt therapy, even going so far as to resemble a marketing discourse. If we look at Plato's Letter VII, knowledge is built on name, definition, description and affectual content. She starts at description, making knowledge so much more difficult to secure.

I really enjoyed Elmira's classes and I really like this topic. I think it’s a good way to start and get a taste the gestalt therapy. I was missing some more depth material and direct links to keep reading from professional guided pages or have access to notes via drive like other courses I have taken. However it’s a good stepping stone and you can appreciate the teacher’s knowledge. Thanks for this course.

It was a tough course with a lot of information to absorb and a lot of extra-curricular work that needs to be done independently. However, once you grasp the core ideas, it shifts from being challenging to solely interesting. It is applicable for both professional utilization and/or personal. My only criticism (more like wish) is if the instructor would show up more in the videos while explaining instead of just having texts to read while listening. For me personally, I learn better when I can see the person behind the voice. Nonetheless, a very well-organized and beneficial course. Instructor's efforts are clear.

I really enjoyed the clarity and conciseness of this course. I feel that it gives a good overview of Gestalt Psychotherapy theory and techniques. The graphics are pertinent to the lectures which are very well constructed and broken down into manageable parts which make this course engaging and enjoyable.

Great introduction into gestalt. The speaker is very easy to understand and give great insights into the therapy style. I would like to have more examples for each techniques. But I really liked the course.

Wow. I'm just so impressed at how concise, clear, structured, and fun this course was. It was seriously the highlight of my day! I would wake up feeling so energized because Elmira would "receive" with an amazing new lesson for me every day! She has such refreshing energy which allowed me to stay intrigued and present. Also, because it was so concise, I was able to find really good resources and books based on the names included in her lectures. I absolutely recommend it! :)
