What are the students who took the course saying?
"Very good course that shows you the basics of Google Big Query and its integration with Data Studio. The teacher shows you, step by step, the most important things to know with passion. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to take the first steps in the Big Query World." - Massimo
"Very good course! I am glad that I have chosen it. Materials are easy for understanding. I was familiar with SQL before, but never worked with it in BigQuery. Now I know how to do it. Thank you very much!" - Mariia
"This course is brilliant! really! I have been collecting data with Google Analytics for a few years. But this course taught how to take that data to the next step and now I can speak to what can be done with this data, and how it can be combined with other data sources etc. I especially like the way Lachezar explains key concepts that helped me put together the puzzle of GA data to BigQuery and from there to data visulization. Thanks Lachezar." - Muhammad

Hey there! I'm Lachezar Arabadzhiev and for the past five years, I have helped companies harness the power of data, visual storytelling, and education in a variety of ways to drive business growth and innovation. I began my career as a digital marketer at Microsoft but soon transitioned to the audience and analytics world, where I had the opportunity to work with major brands including Air Canada, RBC, Walmart, Kimberly-Clark, StackAdapt, LinkedIn, Mazda, and HSBC.
Throughout all that time, I always loved teaching and developing learning programs for my fellow colleagues and friends. That passion materialized in early 2021 in the form of a brand new company that I was luckily enough to start.
I am currently the Founder and CEO of SkildLabs, where I help companies and individuals build better learning experiences through the power of education and technology. With SkildLabs, I believe we have the ability to empower students globally and create more interactive learning experiences. How? By combining the learning tools already available and a better method for organizing learning experiences.

I couldn't follow along with some of the exercises because the public data set the instructor referenced was not available. The section on Arrays was a bit confusing, but otherwise it has been very helpful for a beginner learning BigQuery and SQl fundamentals

Outdated and hard to follow. The interface does not match what is currently available online and the 2nd link to the resource data files does not work.

Excellent topics with real life examples that really helps in actual project work and not just only for learning purpose. Appreciate the instructor using actual google sample data similar to real life and using those in the examples shown.

Starts off very structured, with clear learning goals in mind. Unfortunately, the mid-section of the course is unorganized and lacks direction. I recommend revisiting sections 5 and 6 and ensuring they flow better to connect the dots from previously taught material. The ending with Data Studio integration is a nice touch.

This has been a great course. I had done other BigQuery courses but they were not practical and as well explained as this one. I would really really like if Lachezar would do another course for medium-advanced users and also another course with the focus of the coming GA4.

Awesome topic covered so far. But I'd like to suggest, please note there are some enthusiast who are layman in understanding, so request you please elaborate with introduction, small >> medium and then >>Advanced examples. Otherwise, I've taken Data Studio from the same tutor, he tries to share his full expertise to the students.

I appreciate that this was short, relevant, and practical. One of the best courses I've taken on Udemy. Having said that, this would probably not be a great course for someone with limited data/analytics skill/familiarity because he moves at a pace (and with underlying assumptions) that the student speaks an analytical language and knows their way around information. I fit that mold, so this was an incredible value & use of an afternoon.
By Lisa on 7/3/2020
Well explained and clear examples of how you would actually use BigQuery at work. I love how practical this course is. The section on Arrays went a little bit too fast for me and I had to Google some extra information.

This course is simply amazing! I am a Pure Math graduate who has been working with SQL, R and Python in the past. The thing I value the most in any online courses is the time management. This course is straight to the point and cuts the small talk. Real world experience and tips are always useful. You will simply not go wrong!
