I enjoy listening to Andy’s lectures. His approach to the subject is inventive and, most importantly easy to understand. I have enrolled in a number of courses and found Andy’s one of the most informative. Thank you Andy.

As a course that will introduce those five tips, the concepts that were mentioned are good and properly explained, however If some more complex tips were mentioned, that would be great to start considering about the other Happiness course; also have to mention that I was expecting an explanation of the 50-10-40 study.

Loved this course, will definitely take the full course. The course had so much great information, easy to do exercises and great explanations with scientific research to back it up, very cool The instructor was clear and easy to follow and felt very knowledgeable on the subject.

This course helped me alot for gaining happiness myself and better of all helping others being happier and more productive, the thing I didn't like about this course is how sketchy it is I mean it does not take in depth just focusing on basics.
By Andrew Wolgemuth on 5/15/2018
This isn't remotely in-depth as a course; it's closer to the Udemy version of a listicle. The advice given isn't anything you couldn't find in a hundred other places online, either. But it's free, it's well-presented, and most importantly, the instructor provides scientific references to back up his claims -- that's not something you're going to find on Buzzfeed. If you have some time on your hands and no previous knowledge of the subject, this course is a reasonably good use of a half-hour.
By Roger Solomon on 11/5/2017
A very short and sweet course right to the point, where you can apply them instantly in your life. The key highlight is that all the topics and guidance are backed by research which creates more dependability.
