This short course contained a lot of great advice and tips to get started in learning how to invest. The advice given at the end of the course was to make ones own decisions about which investments to make rather than being told what stock to buy. This convinced me that the speaker delivering the course has the right motivation, to educate and help people learn the skills needed to make their own investment decisions.

I rate this a 4.5 because the course has relevant information especially for new investors/traders. The remaining 0.5 goes to the extra technical analysis examples i was expecting. but as established in the course, the research, Fundamental and valuation investment are equally as important.

It made absolute sense for someone who started looking into Stocks recently. The course gives good tips on how one should analyze a stock or rather a company before investing. Thanks, Professor, for sharing the knowledge.

I love it! It's short and to the point. The investment research template is gold! Chris is a great teacher. It's obvious that he's really passionate about teaching and he always tries his best to explain concepts in a simplified manner to aid his students' understanding. For a complete finance noob like me whose native language isn't English, I was still able to follow his teachings and understand most of what he taught easily. This isn't the first course I've attended from Chris. He responds quickly to questions, which is something I really appreciate as many instructors don't bother to update or answer questions in the Q&A section, especially after a couple of years have passed since the course's creation date. “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” - take Chris' courses if you want to learn how to "fish"

Common sense but nothing new here and nothing special if you're already a seasoned investor. It seems obvious that the author is not a fan of technical analysis at all, you can skip this part, it is useless, it's almost like the author is making fun of it. That being said, I like how the course is structured, and the best part is section 2, a few gems in here. Section 3 has some good refreshers into it, section 4 is useless. Worth the price ($20 for me), not more.

Chris Haroun has a way of teaching and instructing that doesn't make me feel I need a Harvard degree in order to even take the course. He shares information in a way that makes it easy to absorb and retain. I have really enjoyed his courses on several topics and will be looking into his MBA online course.

Simple, concise tips and guidelines to up your investing game. Does not teach you how to analyse stocks or the market. You will need to learn that elsewhere but for someone who already knows how to analyse stocks, having these tips in your toolbox will definitely help.
