HR Course - Agile PeopleOps Framework (APF) : Foundation (Udemy.com)

Quite an informative and eye opening course in how we can better our relationship between HR, management and our lower level staff members, especially in terms of continuous feedback, respect and growth.

I really enjoyed this course and am eager to learn more. It’s so important to stay aligned with the challenges of today’s world and remain committed to growth, inclusion, and change. Being agile in the professional world is crucial as it allows us to quickly adapt, innovate, and respond to shifting demands, ensuring both personal and organizational success.

I appreciated the tasks. They are done to the best ability of this platform. I am sure a more interactive way would have boosted the learning and use of values and principles even more. Thank you for the repetition at the end especially. Going in deep first and then overviewing what has been declared helped me verify my notes.

Very junior but useful to revise the basic principles. The right margin on screen shows resource boxes but none of the articles can be accessed whilst using an iPad. This reduces the usefulness of the course.

This was a good course. However, at times it got away from me with all of the different aspects of the program. It also seemed like the teacher is reading. The picture examples help, but not enough. Better with live instructor. Overall, I still recommend.

The topics covered were quite informative. Helped in learning the concepts in depth. The values & Principles were address simply and clearly so that an beginner can also understands promptly :-)

I really liked the course. The principles and the values of Agile Mind is really interessting. This is a good change for HR and recruitemen Managers! Also, the exercices push us to think deeply on our strategy in society.. The Quizz are cool to resume the important things learnd in every section. Thank you !

I love how organized and clear the instruction was. It was easy to follow, both on my computer; but when that failed (the computer), it was seamless to complete on my mobile phone. Greatly appreciated the ability to do that and not have to halt my progression.

It was quite insightful to learn more about APF. The APF values and manifesto are things that I can apply on my day to day operations to improve the processes as well as be able to effectively nurture and engage the gig talent. I would be interested in learning more and will be taken up the other courses recommended once I get a chance.

It was a good introduction to Agile principles and reminder of what behaviors in the workplace comply with the APF mindset. I think what would have really been useful here is the addition of real world case studies where organizations managed change by actively adopting APF values and principles and how that implementation and adoption was carried out.
