The implementation of a data warehouse with SQL involves a diverse skill set that spans database management, data integration, business intelligence, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Thank you!

Clear explanations, if a little corporate in delivery. Chances for technical practice are few and far between, with little guidance or variety in challenge for these tasks. A good introduction to the features of SSIS, but more practice will be needed for proficiency.

This course cover some of the topics of the exam at a very basic level. Complement you study with other courses, manuals and books is recommended for a full understanding of the Exam objectives A good starting point that gives the student a general overview of the Data Warehouse capabilities of SQLServer 2012

The overall course was very easy to follow and well constructed, but I would have liked to see more hands on exercises related to actually implementing a data warehouse. While the concepts were outlined, the actual working to create a warehouse in exercises was lacking.
By Keith S. Safford on 8/23/2017
Great stuff. Have heard and read about this in bits and pieces, but this is tying everything together. Wow, a lot to creating a Data Warehouse. I am going to have to go through this stuff on another database, i.e. Northwind or the Pubs or find another DB that I can practice creating a DW.

This class covered all the basic ramp up explanations that I was looking for and then continued on to hit the more complicated execution parts. It would have been great to be given the instructions to load the demo resources so that I could try some of the exercises on my own. Sometimes the demos would start with totally new scenarios making it difficult to keep up with my own practice.

The is instructor is very knowledgeable of subject matter. He has clearly laid down the key basics of fundamentals needed to truly understand data warehouse and how to implement it. I read a bit about data warehouse and dimensional modelling which presented certain concepts that I didn't grasp. With this course and in a few words, these concepts such as surrogate key were brought light.

Fabulous course first half contains the fundamentals and builds to more advanced concepts. The last half then takes the student directly to real-life application using the Microsoft SQL stack. Well done!
