I enjoyed it. This is my first introduction to AWS so it definitely gave me a good idea of what to expect and things to prepare for along the way. Thank you for the excellent teaching, and the time you spent making this course for us to enjoy!

Precise and concise descriptions: Having taken several other courses, the standard of presentation on this one is by far superior! A 1st class delivery that is not condescending, which guides the student through every aspect of the discussion with out making assumptions on their level of knowledge. Makes the whole course a great experience, and you are left with fantastic knowledge ! Thank you MN!

This is a good course to get the fundamentals of what AWS has to offer; I am happy I started here. Some steps are outdated as of 8/8/19 (so I dropped 1/2 star) but new changes are not too far away from the content. I feel I have a good understanding of what AWS can do for me and/or a company for which I work, and will be able to handle some configuration tasks or questions. I also know what direction I need to go to learn more. I also have hands on experience and live content that I can improve upon and use in my resume.

Good course to get an overall picture. Would have liked the WP deployments to be a little more detailed and hands on. The second stage video is completely missing. Also there are no quizzes or recaps after the sections. This needs to be improved. Also the course download does not work so there is no take away material for quick reference.

I absolutely loved the simple, yet to-the-point, and depth of description in this course. I have been working with AWS for a few months now, extensively, and I still learned valuable information that I didn't know. Thanks for such a great experience! Course is very informative. One minor criticism is that it is a little outdated so far as the AWS interface and setup procedures are concerned. Course is excellent if your end goal is an introduction to the AWS user environment and basic concepts of the AWS platform. If your end goal is to launch a web presence on AWS (other than a Wordpress site) then you will require more advanced instruction. The instructor for this course is engaging and knowledgeable.

The instructor provides very clear explanation of the topics. The organization of the topics is also perfect. The concepts discussed in each video are just at the right size to be absorbed before moving to the next one. However there are many issues with this course that require attention. First, the material is outdated. The course uses an old version of the AWS consul that is not applicable today. Students may find it difficult to follow in actual AWS consul. In most of the steps, I found my self posing the video and trying to find out the location of the command in the new version of AWS consul. Some small details about other applications such as wordpress or ssh using putty can be included to make the course complete rather than having to find it from other sources. It will also be good to have a verification step at the end of each action in order to verify that what we did is actually working. Including a Hello World website for example will be a good addition just to see the result of the course.

Very good course. It is a very good introduction to a very advanced topic. It will take you through all necessary services and information you need to know when you start your adventure with AWS. Not very deep but enough to get your hands dirty. How to configure VPC run EC2 set up logs etc. I took this course as a refreshment after 1 year of a pause with AWS and this course was all I needed.

I thought the content was nicely delivered. Clear and easy to follow. It will be best to be doing the exercise simultaneously with the training. There's a need to update the content. The GUi, look and feel from the course is different from the current AWS console. Specially in Chapter 27 to 29 where the Cloudwatch from the video course is different from the current Cloudwatch menu. Hopefully, the author would respond to the queries posted. Some queries have been unanswered for a month.

Excellent course. He speaks deliberate and easy to understand. Biggest issue with a lot of udemy courses is difficulty understadning what the speaker is saying, due to accents or speaking to fast ,to slow, etc etc. Not so with this course , perfect
