Course Description
Information is not useful if not organized. In database, data is organized in a way that people find it meaningful and useful. Database Management System (DBMS) is used to input, sort, organize and store data.
Database Management System (DBMS) is a Software for data storage & retrieval, for creating user interface (forms), reports, and for administering a DB system (security, access, etc.). An implementation of a DBMS product to support various information needs in a company includes one or more databases, logic (business rules), backend code and user interface.
An information system that is built from “applying” a DBMS or a database to a specific domain, supports specific information needs.

Nicely explained, this course surely gives a wonderful introduction of database management and its importance in app development and security. A lot of things have been covered in 1 hour, great indeed. Although consider improvements such as: 1) it is better if more real world examples are given to explain this in a better way and you can go for real world application questions in the quiz. 2) Secondly, a quick robotic voice makes things difficult to understand,. A natural voice could be more engaging to be fair and when it is so fast as if the instructor has to catch a train, it becomes irksome and difficult to process each bits of information. 3) A summary should be given in the end covering all the points discussed. 4) Notes should be provided for each topic 5) There are other improvements as well which could be made.

A lot of information packed into the videos. I would have liked to see more quiz questions and/or exercises. But this was still a good overview of DBMS

The content was informative, but the pace of the first section was too fast and a bit difficult to understand with the loud music. Second section much clearer.
