Good introduction and good speaker.
Unfortunately, I was stuck at some point because I don't have the right to create a data model of Google Cloud SQL type (admin restriction I guess). It would be great to provide a B plan for such case like me, explaining how to handle data from a Google Sheet.

Great so far. James is very clear and engaging.

The sample app that you are asked to build tarwards the end of the module, requires the use of the sql cloud DB. However, unless you set that up, you will not have that option available in the app maker IDE. Since you are never told how to set up an sql cloud DB in this module, how is the student supposed to complete the sample app??!!

There was so much fluff in the course. I would say that around 60% of this course was useless talking from the presenter. This is not really a good course or value for money.

I like how all of the terms are being broken down and explained.

Very basic explanations, The Map widget is not working. You can learn a bit more if you just follow Googles tutorial pages for App Maker. I truly hope that the next parts will be much batter.

I got a good overview of the tool in order to go more in depth later with the more specialized lessons in the subsequent courses.
It would have been nice to have to purchase only one course, but the subject matter is quite new and valuable, so I can't complain. Glad I got all 5.
