I am being brought onboard as a recruiter for a family owned business that I will eventually be running in my area. I have very few recruitment and interviewing skills, I feel this course will benefit me in successfully recruiting and staffing. Very informative and will be an asset to any company who value their workforce.

Great information in this course on various methods of hiring and interviewing potential employees. The steps given are very basic but necessary. Most are familiar with the process, but a person can also discover in the course what they need to do as well when seeking a job. I recommend this course.

I was hoping the resources the instructor would provide would not be a link from the internet but their own notes on what they have discussed on the this lesson. Would also suggest more illustrations/slides on what is being discussed.

This course was very helpful, being a recruitment specialist you believe that you have everything down pat, but I have learnt so much especially in the ways of extending in offer to the candidate so they feel heard and wanted in the new organisation.

Its a perfect course of Video & Audio improvising on many of the recruitment patterns followed till date. It gives an insight on smoother and easier and much more systematic approach towards recruitment strategy.

I am currently doing somewhat of an internship with my company in the recruiting department and I wanted some extra knowledge to help me squeeze into that roll, this course was great in helping me understand how to better strategize my approach because I now understand that I wasn't selling the job as well thank you. However it starts slightly boring. I had trouble with interest at first but it was interesting the way you set up the video duration helped me with retention.
