It is understandably worth the price and basic given the price and outline. It's purpose is to totally start from scratch which is good for me - but I would welcome more intellectually challenging tasks and information going forward or perhaps to elaborate on this - perfect for a quick step 1.

Very good choice. I am a registered naturopath for the last 20 years and dealing with patients where the root cause of their illness or disease is an deep seated emotional problem. Counselling them on how to deal and work through the emotional issues open up the pathway for healing.
