As an introduction course, it is well suited to that audience. It deals with the fundamentals.

In overall the content was well structured, but the language of the instructor was difficult to follow at times and had popping, the cc captions were at many times inaccurate

Concerning the contents, the course was great. As expected, it gave a nice introduction into Sparx Enterprise Architect. It was short, concise and focused on the main parts of EA to get started. I liked that there were no unnecessary discussions to lengthen the course.
The following could be improved:
- Video quality: The videos are only 720p and thus sometimes a bit blurry. I advise to record future videos in at least 1080p.
- Audio quality: The audio is ok. I was able to follow the course without many problems and Bert's voice is for most parts understandable. However, there is still room for improvements, maybe with a higher quality microphone.
- Subtitles: The subtitles, I guess, are auto-generated, because they often display plain rubbish. Maybe there are better software to generate them or create them manually. I think that would be great for hearing impaired persons or nonnative English speakers.

Content was good.
However both the audio and video quality good improve. Audio "clipped". Video has a max resolution of 720p. There was also random text flashing on the video at times during the recording.

The instructor is very knowledgeable but some parts are covered very quickly - could be better if it was slowed down and assumed a lower level of knowledge / comfort level with the tool.

I thought the first 2 sections were confusing, but once he started the navigation things started to make more sense. Sometimes it was hard to follow where the instructor was clicking to get to the correct menu and sometimes it was hard to understand him, but overall the course was much better than trying to muddle through and teach myself!

Greet is a well known EA power user. I had hoped that this course would get into details. But the overall course is good if you have no knowledge of Sparx. I wish there are more details provided for each chapter
