This course covered lot of valuable information, procedures, processes, techniques, tools, etc... when it comes to BA. However, I was expecting more resources (i.e. pdfs, or something) related to some of the key tools & techniques and more. Also, I noticed that the script of the course had many translation error when comparing to the slides. Finally, no offense to anyone, but the presenter's monotone voice sometimes bored me and I was not able to focus on the presentations. Also, there were times when I heard presenter gulping on liquid, or eating something, or even burping.

The course content helped clarify the technical jargon's used in BA work area. It also helped me understand the definition and practical application of the techniques and tools. Overall I'am satisfied with the course content, the voice and pace of the instructor , and the examples provided for better understanding.

Great course, anybody who wants to begin as a BA I would recommend go for this course. A few slides in between are a bit blurred other than that, awesome course, so clear and easy to understand things.

Sarah is a great instructor, I really enjoyed the course. I'm not a native english speaker, but I could understand everything. This course provides a great basic view on the essence of what BA is. One remark, and this is not the fault of the course - I was a bit naive when preparing for the exam; I felt I have the necessary knowledge and I am still confident I have it; however the exam requires you to give back the exact, word-to-word definitions from the syllabus (Im not a fan of this kind of learning) as well as being able to choose from the good answers the best. The sample exam available is far easier than the "real" one.

The course was good, very detailed and covered many topics. One thing that causes me to drop a star rating - (to draw your attention to this) is that on numerous instances the Transcripts and closed captioning are highly inaccurate and do not match what the speaker is saying. Please correct this, it would help people relying on these tools for completing the course. Thank you.

This is a great course with a great instructor. It is very engaging, the instructor keeps it very interesting and it moves right along. The slides are very helpful with a lot color and clip art. This course will give you the confidence that you have all the information needed to pass the exam.

It was a good course however it could have been more interactive. I don't like when the instructor cannot engage you for the duration of the sessions. Overall it was too theoretical. With that said I really liked how she emphasizes on the exam stuff in the course and separates it out for us. Overall it was an okay course.

Presentation was neat and clean. All topics were properly taught, researched well, discussed and keeping in end user in mind. very well done !!!

Thanks to Maged and Sarah, you are brilliant! Special thanks to Sarah for her wonderful pronunciation, as I am not a native speaker and was worrying if I will understand the lectures. I have successfully passed the exam this weekend. The questions pool was very close to the quizzes in the end of each section. One hint: GASQ demo exam can be your indicator of readiness for the real exam (it looks exactly in the same way and questions are also very close to the demo)
