I think it needs some better translation. sometimes it gives you the wrong word and you just get confused

Audio quality is average. It sounds hollow at times. Use of a better microphone would is recommended.
Speakers English is not perfect. However, it is understandable and he speaks slowly. This helps.
Course content is discussed clearly and at a suitable pace.

Really good course, enjoyed it and managed to pass my ISTQB Foundation Level exam 5 days after finishing the course with 30/40.
Reason why is 4 stars rather than 5 is because sometimes things that are explained can be ambiguous. However, overall it's a good course and probably all you need to learn about testing and pass your exam.
