ISC2 CISSP Full Course & Practice Exam (Udemy.com)

It's a great course so far to refresh information security knowledge in preparation for the CISSP certification. This is immensely helpful in solidifying core concepts, and helping me adopt a managerial mindset when it comes to organizational security! The instructor takes his time breaking down what is important to focus on for the exam, in a way that is easy to understand.

Thanks for the CISSP malware video. The virus taxonomy section was especially clear. One small thing I wanted to flag: the video defines adware as "a small monitoring application that collects information about consumer interests." Adware is really defined by the delivery of advertising, such as pop-ups, banners, and injected ads, usually bundled with free software. Tracking is a secondary trait used to target those ads, not the core definition. As it stands, spyware and adware sound like they differ only in severity, which might confuse students on an exam question. Might be worth a quick revision. Thanks!

Hands-down the most thorough, complete and well delivered course I’ve ever taken, and I’ve taken many courses to pass many exams. I found CISSP to be harder and more of an endurance grind than exams such as AWS SAP Pro & AWS DOE Pro. The 150 questions absolutely wore me down, but I passed on the first attempt thanks to this brilliant course. I also bought the companion exam strategy course which I highly recommend for overcoming the mental traps of the CISSP exam, as well as how to pick apart questions to better mentally derive the correct answer. The third item I purchases were the Dion practice exams which were excellent. The presenter absolutely covers every possible gotcha and study item to focus on (incredibly thorough and totally on point), as well as being an incredible coach. Outstanding, THANK YOU!!

For starters I PASSED! I absolutely LOVE this course and recommend it to anyone looking to get their CISSP. Not only the topic coverage but additional advice breaking you out of your pre-determined mindset likely helped me more than any other material (recommend the mindset videos ad well that break down questions!). I was able to approach the test with a better mindset than when I started and even for topics I didn't fully grasp Brandons way to approach questions helped me break down everything to select the right answer overall. It's been 3 hours since I passed my test and I'm still grinning ear to ear in disbelief, thank you!

Brandon is bar none one of if not the best instructor I've ever had. This is a true leader in the industry that genuinely cares about people and their success. My hat is off to this program of instruction as I leaned on all of it as my primary and critical knowledge base for CISSP exam preparation. Great CISSP preparation course and consistent with the quality I’ve come to expect from Dion Training. The amount of material covered is extensive, but it’s presented in manageable, digestible sections that make the process far less overwhelming. I also found the “CISSP Exam Mindset” content helpful after completing the main course and moving into final review and exam preparation. I would have liked to see a second practice test included directly within the course instead of needing to purchase a separate practice exam package.

I do believe the material and content were great and a good Primer for the Exam. I would highly recommend not relying only on these videos, but ensuring you have the Mindset down as that is what was required to pass. I made it to 100Qwith 28 Mins left and Passed. Thanks!

It has been a course where the content is presented in a well-structured and clear manner, delving deeply enough to explain the more complex concepts. The numerous examples provided are especially appreciated. There is a lot of material and a wide diversity of topics, but it is undoubtedly very interesting! Now it’s time to review, learn, and practice a lot!

Just passed the exam! This course is build in a way that I could understand the material. Tried others and understood that there is no magic potion but what works for you best. Combined it with the ISC2 certification application for progress tracking(great dashboard for static mock exams) and mock exams, and the official CBK for quick references and notes.
