Very informative and easy to follow / understand. The video may need to be updated soon though as the layout of Jira has changed substantially in recent months and it can thus be a bit confusing for beginners to find certain elements that are now in very different locations. Otherwise really well explained - from how things work to where they are applicable in the Scrum process / how they add value. Thank you.

This course is well-structured, clear and delivered professionally. Despite being a 2-hour beginner level course, it gives quite detailed information on how to use popular reports such as burn-up charts, burn-down charts and cumulative workflow diagrams. Two important notes: 1- The course is not enough to do an end-to-end design for a new Jira project if this is what you need. Boards and workflows are covered in the second course "Practical JIRA Workflows and Boards for Scrum Projects" by the same instructor. 2- Atlassian is constantly updating its UI and just introduced a new navigation experience in January 2025. All Jira courses/tutorials will need to be updated (including the ones on Atlassian's own website). The main navigation bar at the top no longer exists so don't look for it if you get a free Jira trial account. Items on the side navigation on the left are now moved to the top and the sidebar now shows what was previously displayed in the top navigation menu. This might confuse you if you are new to Jira and do not see the exact same layout in the free trial subscription as you see in the course. My expectation from this course was to review Jira fundamentals quickly (in 2 hours) to see if I was missing any foundational knowledge. It went beyond my expectations with the additional details on Jira reports. Thank you, Vlajko!

For such a short course, this was really informative and useful. It allows you to follow along with your own Atlassian account and do the work as you progress through the course. There is even a high-level breakdown of Agile and Scrum included. Definitely worth the time and investment. I've already purchased the two other courses created by Vlajko.

This was a really useful course as by the end of it, I had a good understanding on creating projects, issues, backlog list, assigning users and a overall introduction to Jira. It is worth taking the time to go through this course fully before pursuing other high level Jira courses. Creating a free account and using it do the sample project makes it hands on and gets you comfortable with Jira features.

Great content! A real hands-on experience to learn Jira from scratch. The classes are very engaging, facilitated nicely and eloquently. Best part about it, it's straight to the point, there is no redundancy or prolonged explanations. I strongly recommend this course for anyone interested to learn Agile / Jira.

I completed the full course. It's an excellent intro to Jira and many of its core fundamental tools. I feel very strongly about this no-strings attached course and highly recommend it. Very simple with a lot of practical examples. I had a chance to practice it on Jira and create a project which helps me more than just pure theory and I appreciate this a lot. Just a note: I would not say it is for beginners, you should at least have basic knowledge of Agile. Thank you once again!

For starters as a free course of 90 minutes, it's a great deal of information delivered on point without much deviation from the topics. While it doesn't prepare you for all scenarios of real world businesses and corporate workflows, if you want an idea of how Jira works, this is all you'll need.
