Amazing course. Sometimes a little more explanation should be provided on Section 10 through 13. With newer version of Julia some of the code provided doesn't work; however, this also forces you to dig into the errors and learn more.

The course is not the best for true beginners to programming. Most concepts explained in the course are rushed through, leaving the beginners scratching their heads... Instead it is a "Julia as a second language" type of introduction to Julia for programmers already familiar with key concepts from other languages, especially Python.

Great introduction on how to understand what Julia is. Definitely would advise others to first take this Julia course before any other if it's a first time for code users as well as first time Julia users.

First, I am using a newer version of Julia 1.6.3 vs the instructor's version. The first parts of the course were good with some basics. It seems as if the dataframe syntax has greatly changed. Despite a lot of looking around, etc., I could not get any of section 12 or 13 to work at all after the plots. The data transformations did not work and so it just did not come together for those two sections. For a short intro course, it was good.

Okay for me. Need some further improvement and I guess machine learning is not as simple as you taught. Anyway, I have got to know Julia a bit from you. Well done

The course provides a good review of enough Julia that the examples can be understood. The packages that are required to perform linear and logistic regression are covered such the simple examples can be worked on. The section on PCA seems a little thin and didn't provide enough background on feature extraction and how to interpret the results.

Ankit is very good in explanation. This is only course available who Julia for various machine learning algorithm. I would highly recommend this course those who want dive into Julia.

Overall, I felt this course was an excellent introduction to Julia for Data Science and Machine learning. I especially enjoyed the lessons on linear algebra and machine learning. The lessons are very much concise and are practical. Each succeeding lesson builds upon earlier lesson you learned. Machine Learning algorithm like regression, classification and kmeans clustering covered which is rare available for Julia language.

The course is good with useful information, I have only one suggestion i.e., it would be better if more example were available and also the projects.

Good start, but incomplete and left me with questions on some basics - like "how can I find help on the structure of these commands? is there a help function or am I just using google?". Didn't get into much data science - only the last 30% or so covered data. That said.... I'm now much more comfortable with some basics in Julia.
