The course has enabled me to understand the continuous quality improvement tools and processes required to produce results. Given the fact that I am doing a supervisory role, which always has high chances of recognising targets or which haven't been achieved, and calls for early recognition, finding solutions which should be timely implemented ti achieve quarterly results, I envision this as a beneficial course for everyone in Results Based Management

This was more a review and intro to Kaizen. I expect more of a hands on step by examples with lengthy exercises to learn how to use the tools. This was more observation and lecture.

This course was a timely reminder for guiding principles for continuous improvement. Sometimes we become so busy in executing our day-to-day tasks, that we forget to take time to pause and evaluate what we are doing and consider ways to improve and streamline the process. I appreciate the easy-to-understand and straight-forward approach this instructor offers.

I would have rated the class as a 5, but the following needs to be addressed or acknowledge before the start of the course: 1. Excel has been updated since this course was created, so some of the instructions do not align with the actual steps needed to be taken in Excel. 2. Excel for Mac: one piece of software that we are instructed to download during the course, isn't compatible, so I was unable to practice that specific exercise.

This course is a great match for a beginner learning how to implement Kaizen within an organization! I just wish there was a transcript of the lectures. Having to take notes is slowing me down in my study of this course.

I have been driving projects within my organization at all levels and this course has really been a excellent refresher for me on quick fix methodology of Kaizen. I am surely passing my learnings to my peers and shall highly recommend this short yet detailed course to everyone.

Well organized course with a good professional presentation. The teacher being Indian has an accent but the diction is clear and hence does not effect the quality of the course. I picked up really good tips from this course along with the excel implementations of the tools. Keep up the good work !!

Being a Quality person for more than a decade this course acted as a refresher for me to revisit all my concepts all over again. There are definitely very good take aways from the course. The course is well laid out from the history to practical Implementation of Kaizen. It is not only suitable for beginners but also for experienced professionals in quality world.

Excellent course to understand basics of Kaizen Approach. Very useful example of different tools to help organize and manage work. Course is broken into easy to comprehend bits and pieces and maintains a good connectivity and flow. Very rarely you find Topics like these explained in so detail and at grass root level. Definitely recommended for anyone into Quality Management.
