Course Description
This course provides an in-depth exploration into LangChain, a framework pivotal for developing generative AI applications.
Now fully updated for LangChain 1.0.x — including LCEL, LangGraph-based orchestration, the revamped Agents API, and the langchain_classic imports.
Aimed at both beginners and experienced practitioners in the AI world, the course starts with the fundamentals, such as the basic usage of the OpenAI API, progressively delving into the more intricate aspects of LangChain.
You'll learn about the intricacies of input and output mechanisms in LangChain and how to craft effective prompt templates for OpenAI models. The course takes you through the critical components of LangChain, such as Chains, Callbacks, and Memory, teaching you to create interactive and context-aware AI systems.
Midway, the focus shifts to advanced concepts like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and the creation of Autonomous Agents, enriching your understanding of intelligent system design. Topics like Hybrid Search, Indexing API, and LangSmith will be covered, highlighting their roles in enhancing the efficiency and functionality of AI applications.
Toward the end, the course integrates theory with practical skills, introducing Microservice Architecture in large language model (LLM) applications and the LangChain Expression Language. This ensures not only a theoretical understanding of the concepts but also their practical applications.
This course is tailored for individuals with a foundational knowledge of Python, aiming to build or enhance their expertise in AI. The structured curriculum ensures a comprehensive grasp of LangChain, from basic concepts to complex applications, preparing you for the future of generative AI.

This is not a beginner course on Langchain as I was expecting, he started good but failed to make understand all those langchain stuff like how it works, why langchain and what are the inbuilt functions etc.

Awesome! Superb training. Good content and well-planned presentation. I really enjoyed this course, learnt a lot, useful information, good concept and crystal-clear delivery. This course was excellent and extremely valuable. Thank you so much to Instructor.

Watched at x1.5 speed to ensure understanding of LangChain before doing the LangGraph course. Material was decent, no time wasted explaining details which was great as time is limited.

Good shit. Alot of the container part of the course is pretty surface level instead of actually learning how to deploy, but he gives you a pretty good intro to LangChain and its components

Markus' course on LangChain is a fantastic introduction to the framework, providing a clear, focused, and structured approach. It covers everything from basic concepts to advanced topics like RAG and Autonomous Agents, with practical examples to reinforce learning. Perfect for anyone looking to dive into generative AI with a solid foundation. Highly recommend

I learned many new concepts in this class. I was also impressed that the code worked without error. I think this class is a big stepping stone to a new perspective on the capabilities of LangChain and LLMs

The course gets better the higher the chapter level. Given the rapid change of LangChain and the short duration of the course, things move very fast. Overall, I rated it five because it's a course by a practitioner, almost like having a colleague doing a quick intro to a whole topic, with all the gaps from someone that isn't an academic, but also with so much practicality it took 3.5 hours not 3.5 days. If you consider it a walkthru and examples of the functionality, and how it's pieced together, in the simplest possible way, but with enough substance that you are a lot more capable after that short time, then you may be happy with it. I look forward to version 2 of the course, when LangChain stabilizes a bit, and why not, fixing the jokes about pizzas ;-)

This course is great, and explains the concepts of LangChain and related topics very well. I don't usually go for short (in terms of video hours) courses because I'm never sure they'd be in-depth enough for me (I like to know everything things), but this course covers a lot in the short time.

I enjoyed the course it filled in a number of gaps that I had during my DIY learning of Lanchain. The Langchain expression session seemed to be rushed. I think this section needs to be expanded. The agent section needs to updated as my application broke with the new syntax with LangChain. I did not see the business value of the change. Great course. I really enjoyed it. Look forward to more.
