Slow introduction though substantiated by appropriate examples / scenarios. Helpful practical suggestions and insights. Mentioning team sizes - at which the different tactics that the leaders may need to adapt to (like switching between hats - as per the type and size of the audience / folks to be lead) - could be helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course content and how the instructor, Stuart Lancaster provided real life examples of situations that he has dealt with during his career as well as important decisions that he needed to make. The integral takeway for me was how important it is to connect with your team and ways that you can do that whilst still maintaining a professional yet empathetic relationship, which allows you to make difficult decisions as a leader whilst still remaining approachable and connected. I highly recommend this course to those are either working towards leading or who are interested in upskilling in this area.

This was an excellent course and very fitting for my position as a managing director. The leadership skills addressed by the course and in what way(s) they help building great teams are spot on. Some have been implicitly there for me, some have to worked on. Great stuff!

Lots of great examples, tackling the subjects from slightly different angles to help illuminate the core learnings you can take away. Very down-to-earth too, makes the concepts acessible, almost intuitive, but with some great nuggets worth keeping note of (18 qualities seen in top teams is among my favourite pieces). Overall a nice length, clearly delivered and easy to derive some value from.

There is a lot, and I mean a lot of absolutely great information in this. Things that can be applied to many walks of life. I'm glad I took it. The actual presentation of all that information however, is purely a 4-hour Power Point presentation with a voice over. Again, great information, just difficult to stay focused on the presentation.

This was quite elaborate and well crafted program. Minute details of journey of good /great leader was well explained. I had good & focused time to listen to entire qualities of leadership which I feel I will be able to utilize during my day to day life. This was inspirational too
