Great course, would be nice to break up the lectures a bit though, maybe some more examples of how you would handle something. Love the quiz and AI section, and the advice given. Humility can be hard, esp when it interferes with an ego.

As I watched this, I realized I do have most of the traits that were taught. What I did not realize is how effective they can be in a leadership role. It was nice to be able to put it into perspective and to be able to accept the results rather than to expect them.
