The course is about Git Extensions basics. It is the one I was looking for. It is clear and plain, but more best practices and couple real examples would be helpful.

About what you expect. Good handling of the basics.

No mention about any of the features like .gitattributes, .mailmap or .gitreview left me feeling like some more effort would be appreciated.

I was new to Git entirely and when I heard Git Extensions provided coverage of major Git commands, I decided to learn more about Git Extensions.

As per my expectations, this course helped me understand Git Extensions and how to use it and how it provides visual representation of most Git commands. In fact, this course also got me trying some of the Git commands on Git Bash command line that I had been trying earlier but this time I was clear on what they would do.

Thanks to Zaher, the explanations were easy to understand and the demonstration pace was optimum for me (I set it at 1.25x). I can now say that I can do almost anything in general with Git and Git repositories. There may be some nuances specific to the remote repositories that one needs to understand but most of it is well explained by Zaher using he local folder treated as the remote.
