This is good because it is a good app and you can learn good thing just by listening to the thing that you are learning and you will be good at that thing as long you learn and listen to the thing that you are learning you will be better at the thing that you are learning and when you get the thing you will be even better at the thing that you are doing and learning and you will be a pearl at it and you will be so good people will want to learn from you.

I think both trainers are excellent. I feel Stacey explains with enough detail, that helps me understand more clearly. I appreciate watching the differences between her signing & Dr. Byron Bridges signing. I look forward to my lessons daily.

The female talks with her hands too much, but it is not in ASL.. I can tell more from the deaf man than from the hearing female. I think she should sign in ASL as she speaks instead. Could be confusing to others that have not been learning ASL yet. I am a beginner already but find her hands more distracting.

Whether you're new to ASL, need a refresher or want to learn more, I definitely recommend it. As an ASL novice and new to the Deaf community, this course helped me to build my confidence and expanded my knowledge base. The in-depth explanations, the demonstrations, Deaf culture highlights, etc., are encouraging.

If you're looking to get into American Sign Language without breaking the bank, this Udemy course is a fantastic starting point. It does a great job of breaking down the basics, like how to shape your hands, orient your palm, and use location, movement, and facial expressions to communicate. I found the downloadable PDF worksheets and vocabulary lists super helpful for practicing offline, which really made the lessons stick. One of my favorite parts was the quizzes; they have versions with and without answers, so you can really test yourself before checking your work, and the fingerspelling practice at three different speeds is a huge help for building up that skill. The little highlights on Deaf culture in each chapter throughout the course are also incredibly insightful and give you a much deeper appreciation for the language. To top it off, the short dialogues are perfect for pulling everything together and making sure you can actually understand a real conversation. Honestly, it's a really solid and well-put-together course for any beginner. Just keep in mind, this is an introduction meant to help you start simple conversations, and you'll definitely need more in-depth classes to really understand the rich complexities of the language.

This was an amazing course. I learned so much from this course. I have taken many online ASL courses, and this one is definitely one of the most in depth classes. It was also much cheaper than most of the other classes I’ve taken. I highly recommend this course. I had already taken many online ASL classes, and still learned a ton from this one. I liked the teachers as well. Since I have lifetime access to this course, I’m sure I’ll be retaking or revisiting at least parts of this in the future for review. I highly recommend it to both beginners and those that may be a little more advanced. I learned concepts in this class that I hadn’t learned in any of my previous classes!

3 stars because I like Stacy and Byron. But if you are really interested in learning ASL, please check out Dr. Bill Vicars at ASLUniversity. There are free courses as well as paid. I wish I would have went there first.

I like that I can work at my own pace, when I have the time and the best thing is that I can review any lesson at any time so I didn't need to take notes that I wouldn't understand later but can just go back, especially with vocabulary. I loved how you had two views for each sign. Thank you. Now, I want to start over and see if I can become more fluent. Thank you for an amazing course for a reasonable price.
