Enjoying the course so far, Joe mentioned that he will be doing 5 projects in total, he has one project as of November 24 (Real Estate App - Client Side) and the course is still incomplete. There isn't enough content for it to deserve full ratings. Hopefully he uploads the remaining 4 soon with a backend section as there isn't a lot of courses our there that teaches Full-stack React Development from the ground up.

Joe Santos gives alot of real world insight and application with a straight to the point project build of a real estate application with react. I found this course super helpful and will refer back to it often as a resource for developing with React.
