This course starts strong but quickly declines in quality past the first 25%. Content is extremely redundant and surface-level. Could have been reduced down to a 2 hour course instead of 4 hours. The midpoint practice test is 205 questions, with nearly 75% of that being either repeated questions (some questions being repeated or rephrased up to 6-8 times) or questions completely unrelated to the course content. The unrelated questions are asking questions like "Why does the instructor want feedback for this course?" or "What percentage of completion of this course have you achieved?" which is completely unrelated to the course topic and a waste of time. Tracy's content is poorly edited to a point of being incoherent in some parts. This section of the training is not at all targeted to sales-talent, and on more than one occasion references the content being oriented toward entry-level or intern level roles and candidates. The back 25% seemed to be focused on how to effectively interview as a candidate for a sales position, and not necessarily identifying qualified sales talent as a recruiter. I am an experienced recruiter/talent acquisition specialist that is new to recruiting for sales talent. I did not need this training to touch on basic/foundational recruitment or TA strategy, I expected specific and targeted tactics and strategies for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring sales talent. Only about 30% of this training ever touched on this.

This course is invaluable. It imparts practical strategies to identify, hire, and retain top sales professionals, enhancing business success. Highly recommended for those seeking to build a winning sales team.

It has helped me to focus on the most critical areas that will help to attract the best salespeople. i.e. A salesperson should be able to sell themselves before selling the product, should have people skills and exercise care for the customers.

I reached out to the instructor Salil and he was kind enough to give me access to this course, I learned how to ace interview from the other course and this course gave me the recruiters perspective on what they are thinking and how they approach recruitment. The two courses are great and very helpful.
