VB.Net for Beginners Step by Step Projects and Exercises (Udemy.com)

I learned a lot of new code techniques which I will use in my own programs. I did find a few errors in some of the program code so I revised the code to function correctly. But I understand basically what the instructor is teaching. So far, it is a vital course and I am very pleased to have it in my courses in Udemy.

Since this is a beginner class, it would be good to explain how the form was setup. Otherwise, the pace is awesome! Good explanations, fast results. Probably better for experienced programmers learning VB, but still great.

Pavol dives straight into the lessons and doesn't waste any time. I've taken some courses with a lot of talking and less action, and I believe the way he teaches is most efficient for aspiring developers.

Hats off for this practical and project based course! Instructor is very knowledgeable in VB.NET and code quality is high. Definitely going to continue with his Intermediate course in VB.NET

For inexperienced users, introduction to the system setup would be nice. Installing software, what software you are using in videos and differences between them. So basically what you need in order to start typing code as you do in the video. More exercises for the student to do. We could do the same stuff that you based on the start screen of each problem, but it takes a lot of time.

This would be beneficial to learners who are at intermediate level of the language. While watching the codes being typed, it would help if a small view of the form is also visible on the same screen to better understand the logic of the program

The different exercises are demonstrating how to perform formulas that can be used to solve math problems or daily questions without having to delve to deeply into graphical programming. As each section is introducing new knowledge they are repeated within the complete section allowing you to how it can be used.

Good beginner course. This course doesn't teach VB.net. It just gives you a lot of practice exercises and goes over each of them in detail. Very hands-on learning that makes it easy to practice what you learn in class or from books. That's how I like to learn.

This is my 1st video & so far I like it. Can't wait to see more & learn more about OOP!! 11-21: I'm half way thru the course, Just about to start Section 6. Now I can really provide a review. I had to raise the rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. Pavol is very very good. The course videos have a well detailed requirement of what the program should do and Pavol explains very well how to write the code, why the code should be code this way & what the code is doing. He provides the source code however, I'm actually doing each form & controls as well as the code. I'm watching the video, pause & write the code, I'm listening to what he's saying but in all honesty I think I need to re-watch them again & really focus/pay attention to what the requirement asks & how Pavol goes about it. Is like you driving in a area that you don't know, someone is telling you where to turn & all however, come on, be real, can you the next time remember where you turned and all?? maybe the second time around pay more attention to where you drove by then you will get it & maybe even find other routes to get to the end. In comparison, by re-watching I may on my own find different ways to get the desire result & when I code my own program I can do it all on my own & all thanks to Pavol. I can wait to finish this course & then take his C# course.

The course was in depth and easy to follow. Pavol provided an summary of the exercise and explained things along the way which is quite helpful. There is a wide variety of exercises to work on at a nice and steady pace. I highly recommend this course.
