Good but not in-depth, I expected more on the stress-relieving plan, I expected less listing items and reading them, the items are sometimes repetitive, the idea doesn't link potential actions to specific root causes, so you feel like you get fell down in a plate of spaghetti actions! Other than this, suggestions for actions are practical and easy to follow. The material is shallow, not in-depth, but still good and practical.
