Welcoming stress is okay. It's not always a negative effect. Stress can actually be useful when viewed as a challenge, not just a threat. Stress doesn’t have to be a negative thing. Stress can actually be useful when viewed as a challenge, not just a threat. Some stress is good—it pushes us to grow, focus, and get things done. Not all stress is bad; some of it motivates us and helps us improve. Stress isn’t inherently negative—it depends on how we interpret it. What we call stress can sometimes be a positive force when it helps us perform or adapt.
