In its heyday this was probably top-notch, unfortunately as the course is using a version of Dreamweaver that is several years out of date, following along with the instructor can be quite difficult. Even worse, there are probably a multitude of new feature upgrades that are not mentioned or listed. Great for filling in some of the basics and historical development, very limited as to Adobe Dreamweaver’s capabilities in 2021. It is a shame as the instructor was great, the course well presented and thought through. It just needs modernisation to our times.

So far so good, learning a lot albiet this is on a very old version of cc, and I have the latest cc2020. Just to clarify this, I got this class loooooonnnnngggggg time ago, and with this COVID-19 event, I finally able to get on to it. With that said everything discussed in this class are somewhere in cc2020 (so far), just location, look and feel is a bit different. As you know in this business, every year seems to be a generation, so I am a grandpa learning with the highschoolers..

I had some experience with an older version of Dreamweaver and I am now using a different version than in the course but I still learned a lot. I found Andy's workflow hints most interesting and enjoyed his presentation style.

I successfully completed this course using CC2017. It took a little bit of work here and there to adapt, and the small section on fluid grids at the end does not seem applicable. The rest worked fine with a small amount of searching and menu rearranging. This course was designed for CC2014 or earlier. Worth the money even if a bit out of date. Good instructor as well.

Excellent instruction; however, the version of Dreamweaver CC demonstrated in this video series is very old and made it very difficult to follow along as everything shown in the videos either didn't exist, no longer behaved the same way, or was moved to a different area within the current version Dreamweaver (2017) menus. I struggled with this series.

so far I like the pace of the instruction and everything has been explained clearly. I read the reviews for many classes and always wonder if people are really being truthful. I am thoroughly enjoying this class and would recommend it for anyone who is interested in learning Dreamweaver CC. Well put together, informative, entertaining, and engaging! Only caveat, and this is not a real complaint, is that the version he uses to teach has already been upgraded by Adobe so the screens and steps in some areas will not match. If you are using the subscription software, which I assume you are, you can install the earlier version to help make it easier. Great job!

Very good course. Slightly out of date (at 2016). I think the lecturer is probably the best I've seen on Udemy, and better than most lecturers in higher education. It is still worth doing this course as it covers basics that are still used, and I would be happy to buy a new course covering the latest responsive technologies (like bootstrap) from the same lecturer. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is slightly out of date since the release of CC2015. This is NOT a criticism of the lecturer, who I would be very happy to take another course with.

Excellent course - at times the presentation is folksy in style and a bit repetitive but the presenter has a clear plan of developing our skills and revealing content. The repetition has its purpose! I left the course with a far greater knowledge of this Cloud tool than my past brief experience had given me, and I left with confidence that I could make good use of Dreamweaver from here.

Incredible course begins with the basics and steps up the difficulty in an even tone. While switching from lesson to lesson might make finding the working files difficult, you can pretty much develop your own on the fly. The sites we build are mostly basic on the front end, but the concepts you learn and the archiving steps on the back-end are rich and in-depth. Don't let the 1995-era flower sales web site scare you off. This course will help anyone learn the ins and outs of Dreamweaver, some HTML 5, CSS, and even a little bit about setting up your own server.

I have many courses on Udemy as I want lots of perspectives, I have found this to be the best Dreamweaver CC course. I tell you why, it is very well structured so anyone can follow, it shows you some nice extras like extensions and how to use things like behaviors and finally Andy uses CC confidently I have other CC courses and its a bit of a hash where they continually make mistakes blaming CC, well done Andy Thanks very much.
