Course Description
Master course in HR fundamentals and HR leadership (A to Z)
Managing the people in an organization is what Human Resource Management (HRM) does. Human resources management is about hiring and managing employees. An organization's Human Resources Department handles it.
Human resources management is all about making employees more effective, so the business can be more efficient. Businesses that are more efficient earn more profits with less wasted time and resources. A good HRM improves the direction of the company and lets employees work towards its goals. This purpose won't change no matter how the business environment changes.
In every organization, human resources play a big role. Outsiders don't understand HR's key value proposition, so it has limited impact. Employee development, compliance, and advocating for the organization and employees are some of HR's strengths.
The most common criticisms of HR teams are that they aren't strategic enough, they don't know how to handle finances, they have weak customer focus, or they're more internally focused than externally oriented. Here's how HR leaders overcome these obstacles while keeping people's focus at the forefront.

When I enrolled in the Human Recruitment course, I was initially drawn to it because of my interest in understanding how organizations build strong teams. The modules on job analysis, sourcing strategies, and behavioral interviewing were particularly impactful. they turned abstract concepts into practical skills I could immediately apply during mock recruitment exercises. While I found learning about labor laws and compliance challenging at first, the instructor’s real-world examples (including cases from local Philippine companies) helped me grasp their importance. Overall, this course was an excellent match for me: it aligned with my goal of pursuing a career in talent acquisition, honed my interpersonal and analytical abilities, and gave me a clear framework for identifying and hiring the right people for diverse roles.

As an HR specialist, this training enlightened me on core functions within our career field that I need to improve on or brought awareness of things that I was not tracking.

under the introduction of human resource management model 1 fundamental and HR readership it's normally talked about the management function that deals with recruiting, selecting, training and developing Human resource.... that what HRM doe's the second concept was about the objective of human resource management firstly is societal, organization, personal and fictional then have also learnt about the function of HRM human resource management it's function is planning staffing, employee development and employee maintenance .

With the 2025 updates, the course offers valuable information, but the overall length of the course, at 37 hours, is quite extensive. At times, the content can feel repetitive, and there may be opportunities to streamline certain sections for clarity and efficiency. Incorporating interactive quizzes or knowledge checks could also help reinforce key concepts and make the dense material more engaging.

I have experienced and lived through a lot of what was relayed, via my current position in the Human Resources Department. What is not mentioned is the scenarios that may not go right in the department because of human interactions.
By Tracie Mahabir on 4/17/2023
The course was very concise yet informative. The material was put over in a manner that even a layman can understand. Very insightful.
