Dan Andrei Bucureanu
Hi there, I'm Dan, and I have a genuine passion for software engineering and built-in quality.
Over my 20-year career, I've witnessed the rise and fall of various technologies, experiencing the good, the bad, and the challenges of building high-quality products. I've spent most of my career in the quality engineering space, with occasional roles such as software developer and application architect, where I've had the opportunity to explain complex topics to a less technical audience.
Even today, as an executive at a technology company, my passion remains unwavering for quality engineering, and more precisely, for spreading the word to all engineering teams on how to conduct testing effectively in modern times.
I have led more than 300 talented engineers and have personally overseen their career growth. I truly believe in empowering people and helping them to develop; this belief is also why I have decided to teach. Regarding projects, I have completed more than 100 projects across all major industries.
I am certified in all relevant quality engineering accreditations and practice what I preach. I constantly learn and explore new technologies

Here’s a clearer and more professional version: It was a great experience. Since I am a beginner in programming, this was a really good starting point for me. The content was easy to understand and very helpful for anyone who wants to start a career in QA.

I have been surveying AI in testing courses, and so far what I have seen over promise and advise people trust the AI results with superficial prompting. This lesson regarding limitations is important and well presented. It demonstrates respect for the craft of testing and appreciation of limits of AI that other courses dangerously overlook.

i think the information presented was good and insightful, but it combines too many topics and lessons that could have been split up into smaller courses. Often times, I have to put the lessons on hold to a later date because something else came up.

It's a good course on the modern principles and approaches in testing, and I would rate it even higher if it had good sound in all the chapters (I believe, the sound in all "coding" sections was good, but some sections with slides had it really bad).

Wonderful piece of work. Definitely there are lot of things to take away from the course. Right from understanding where we are and helps us to set a goal where we should be in. One more interesting point is, I have understood, what all things i should keep learning. Thank you.

I'm a quality assurance engineer of 26 years experience. I've liked the way this has been presented so far. I've been able to put aside some of the statements that I don't necessarily agree with about non-modern testing or QA, because the material is fresh, well presented and based on good premise.

Good course for the beginners . Need in depth coverage on Bdd and cucumber coverage
By Oleksandr Chupikov on 6/20/2024
I don't know what exactly I was expecting to see in this course, but quite not this. I don't say and don't think it is bad, it is just not suitable for regular quality engineers - the content of this course will be usable for higher-level personnel, such as QA Team Leads and QA Managers. For me, as a Middle QA Engineer, there were only a couple of interesting topics - shift left/right approaches, because everyone talks about it nowadays and you need to stay in a context, and the one about AI, of course. Nevertheless, thank you, Dan! Mulțumesc!
By Eduard Crafti on 4/20/2023
The course is comprehensive and well organized, with very clear explanations and a good pace. The tackled topics go into depth and I now have a much better understading on the areas I wanted to cover. Thank you!
