The course didn't start too badly, but as I progressed, things changed. Key points include no longer using glue to hold food together, as was the case with shawarma. T-pins are used to hold it together and are later removed in post-production (obviously, the idea is to hide them as much as possible to make post-production easier). In several videos, it was quite noticeable that the videos were improvised, a situation that further detracted from the experience. Another example is the rice lessons. I was quite upset that the comment was "well, that's the idea" and the rice was poorly presented. I'm not trying to be offensive, but the course really didn't help me, not even in the artistic aspect of food styling.

The classes and videos are easy to watch and understand. Detailed explanation too made it quite easy for any one to catch up.

I particularly love the principles of composition session. I have been trying so hard to understand the principles of composition in food styling and photography and the instructor did justice to it. Kudos

Great course, Just wrapped up this food styling course and I’m honestly so glad I took the leap! From understanding the art of styling to mastering lighting, photography, and creating mood boards, it was an eye opener. I got hands on insight into the tools and equipment that bring food to life on camera and learned how to style everything from soups to pasta, rice etc with intention and creativity. This course has definitely leveled up my food presentation skills and I can’t wait to apply everything I’ve learned in my future projects. Highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate their food content

For the price point I really learnt a lot. Food styling courses are really very expensive. I've tried to buy some but couldn't afford them. Thank you so much Udemy for giving us so much value at a very little fee. The best and most affordable platform for online courses so far. I recommend 100%
