Very helpful prep for the CPC, itd be great if any information on HCPCS as well as a section/quiz on E/M was added. But excellent resource, she breaks down each chapter for CPT as well as ICD10 and explains/gives examples on the major concepts and questions likely to be tested on the exam. The attachment resources are useful as well.

It was both challenging and rewarding, I gained a deeper understanding of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, disease processes and the coding systems used in healthcare.

I left a 5-star review because the course was well-structured, easy to follow, and delivered exactly what was promised. The instructor explained concepts clearly and provided practical examples that added real value.

After taking the required classes, I think it just went downhill from there. I do see some improvements from some of the videos made on here from some of the complaints. Here's some of the suggestions I will offer here. Don't write. Avoid that. The reason is, this website use AI to analyze your videos and your writings will confuse the AI. Just use text and slides. That's all you have to do. Than people can ask AI to help them with the course. Unfortunately, I have to drop your class. I think you should have some files for people to download to help them. I am not asking for everything. I know you don't want to give everything but at least give some to help us.

Having a challenging time with the instructors command of the English language. I have worked in Heathcare for a quarter of a century and am looking change and become an independent contractor.

I'm so grateful for this course. I used it alongside AAPC practice exams and passed my CPC on the first try! The instructor's teaching style really built my confidence.

The topic is easy however due to the accent of the speaker I had a hard time to understand the topics being discussed. Her accent makes my learning difficult. I hope this could be improved. Thanks

As a Trainer myself of technical information and making a career change, back to my college days as a medical claims processor. It is refreshing and I felt like the new layout of ICD would be difficult. But She explained everything step by step. If you follow along, you'll see and understand how to, code ICD/CPT, properly with practice. Perfect 1st half session.

The presenter was very thorough with explaining of ICD 10 and CPT specifications. Very thankful for taking this course. I have been coding for different practices for 15 years but never certified. This course will allow me to go further if I choose to code as a full time career.
