Watch lecture 2 and then look at the first answer to quiz 1. The lecture clearly states and shows three types of data: numerical, text, and formula. Yet, the quiz says the third type is date/time and said my answer of false was incorrect... very irritating...

The instruction is very thorough and the examples are easy to follow. Some of the quizzes have incorrect answers, and there are no downloadable data files to practice with.

The best excel training for a beginner like me. This is very useful and i highly recommend it to all. Downside is few of the videos keep cracking, i am not sure if it was down to my computer or the lecture itself.But overall excellent.

The course is quite comprehensive. However, I have many years of Excel experience and am familiar with most of the content, (although I have learned some new tricks!). I think a user relatively new to Excel would have to practice after each Lecture to ensure they understood. One aspect that concerns me is the emphasis on the use of keyboard shortcuts. Whilst I am used to these and would recommend learning some of the most useful, new users would want to use the Ribbon tabs and dropdowns; these seem to be only covered when there are no keyboards shortcuts available.

Great course so far. Even though I have some experience with Excel, I am taking the course from the get go. After all, no one knows everything. I really like how she is creating the spreadsheet in the beginning to show how Excel is used. She does a very good job of explaining Excel.

This is a great course for beginner in excel, this course provide all the information i need till now, i reach 50% all the information provided in easy and accessible way. I need to add more examples and various examples in each case and the quizzes are too easy

Goes a bit slow for me but has shown me many things I did not know about Excel. I think this class is great for beginners and useful for people who use Excel daily and want to learn how to do lots of everyday commands and functions more efficiently.

The course was good but there were one or two errors in the content. From memory the first I saw was at the very beginning when the chapter quiz did not agree with me selecting Ctrl U as the shortcut for underline and the second was in the tutorial about Vlookup, instructions were to select a column but the whole table needs to be selected for the command to work. Overall really good.
