Pretty frustrated halfway through: learning Word skills & tools I didn't know about before but the Excel explanations in certain sections are not very clear or they are incorrect and the instructor does not correct the mistakes. There is no explanation of context for WHY to use many of the tools, or no explanation of the tools at all, simply a mention the tool name. There seems to be an assumption of some familiarity with these programs. This course is not for a beginner.

This "course bootcamp" is mostly lecture and someone going over Microsoft Office without explaining the steps from A to B to C etc. I learn best with something that I don't know by it being broken down step by step with examples shown of how to get from one step to the next. I had to stop and rewind many times to understand what I was doing. The instructor had a heavy accent at times and I wasn't able to understand what was being explained, also showing where the instructor is clicking to get what presented on the screen would be helpful as well. There is so much information to take in and take notes on and it's difficult to follow without examples. This course is not taught as a class, but more of a lecture without explanation of "how to do it" but "how I do it." I would recommend another course due to the language barrier and poor explanation of Microsoft Office in this course.

Course is good I have learned quiet a lot. At times I have trouble hearing the voice clearly. It echoed and sound like it is in a cave.

The course was quick but informative. You can always review it again and for me understanding the benefits of using templates gives a basic foundation to complete a project. In some parts I was lost because of pronunciation of words, however I feel the instructor is certainly more than qualified. Job well done, the course is worth it especially if you are seeking a position where Microsoft Office skills are needed!
