Really enjoyed the course and learned a lot from it. Was detailed and clear and I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their Work breakdown structure skills or Project Management skills.

This was a great and complete course. I did not require the resource section as much as it was discussed but overall everything was very informative and will help me move forward in my current projects and scheduling efforts. Thank you.

This course could have been better if when the instructor was changing screens, the video wasn't frozen. It was hard to follow when he was changing from excel to project. The screen would freeze so when he was doing work, you couldn't see anything. I'm not sure if it was a video recording problem or an actual screen problem, either way it was hard to follow. Another thing that would have been great is, if someone went back and edit the subtitles during the course. There was a lot of typos in the subtitles, this could have been easier to follow as well. Other than those two issues, I feel like I am confident I could manage Microsoft Project. I wouldn't consider this course to make you an expert though. As someone who was brand new to this program, I think I can manage it but I wouldn't consider myself an expert after taking this course.

I found the course really informative and the content was really good. I found the presenter a bit slow with his delivery at times and seemed to fumble his words from time to time. All in all pretty good 8.5/10.

Some 2018 PMP fellows may recognize that MS Project seems to interchange ETC with EAC, which can lead to practicable and syntatical confusion, and while I recognize this is not the fault of the instructor, I think there should be a footnote addressing this. I was able to reverse engineer the numbers from session 43 & 44 to properly reflect the cost variances with the application of a ETC formula. If one uses the 2018 EAC formula, one can see immediately that the parameters are different. The Instructor also needs to take the time to unpackage some of the steps in certain tasks, such as visually demonstrating how to create derivative EVM reports in Excel; also, sometimes the presentation lost its nice pacing because the instructor was clearly running out of memory on his computer during the recording -- which was summarily captured by the video -- and it was needlessly distracting.

The course provides a very real and in-depth example of a project and everything is taught based on that. It's not plain theory type of course but very hands-on and applied. I appreciate that Tony provided the name of an open source alternative to those who do not have MS Project. The tutor is very knowledgeable and his experience speaks in what he is teaching. I only wish his voice had varying highs and lows which helps break the inattentiveness that students often tend to slip into. But he is fluent and there are no accent problems either. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in learning MS Project or project management

A really good course. He takes his time and goes through each piece, showing you different ways to move through what you need to do. I also found it valuable that he is a PM and this is how this program benefited him the most.

This is an amazing course in MS Project. I never had any formal training in the software and little practical experience but 50% through the course and I'm advising others on best practices. The videos are all fairly short which makes it easy to fit in a lesson or two during those short sprints between meetings. My only editing feedback is to cut the videos at the end so there isn't as long of a pause showing just the slide with dead air.
