The Excel course is good but the volume levels on the Word and Power Point courses are weak. I have my computer's volume turn up to maximum and still hard to hear.

This course is very good if you are a beginner or know a little about the 4 programs covered and need to refresh. The instructors are clear and concise and cover the material very well. You can slow down the speaking pace if you are taking notes, a feature I liked very much! Great course and well worth the money! (Review Revision): I am removing one star for two reasons. First, of the four programs, the Access program did not feel like a beginner's course. While the instructor's performance and teaching style were very good overall, as another reviewer pointed out, the use of a travel agency as the example to teach Access was very confusing at times and a bit difficult to follow. A simpler example such as a very basic address book would be more appropriate for a beginner's course. Also, a travel agency was already used as the example to teach Powerpoint so why use the same type of example for Access which is far more complicated to learn? The second reason for removing one star from my review was the Extras portion at the end of the course. I expected this portion to contain material that was separate from the four programs. It was basically a second course on Excel. A lot of the material in the Extras was already covered in the Excel portion of the course. I may be alone in this but, I did not appreciate having to sit through three hours worth of Excel material that I already sat through when I took the Excel portion of this course. Extras should be exactly that, extras, things in addition to what was already taught, not a repeat. The certificate remains locked until you complete the extras. Since the extras were entirely related to Excel, they should be added to the end of the Excel portion of the course if they are required for the certificate. Otherwise, they should be optional and the certificate should unlock once you have completed the four programs. Aside from these two issues, I enjoyed this course very much and did refresh my skills. I was reminded of shortcuts I had forgotten about because I haven't used them in a long time. It was a good course overall.
