Node.js Basics

An awesome Nodejs course. As the review above I had tried learning and even tried going through several Nodejs books to no avail. This course produced that lightbulb effect. Kudos to Chalkers and the treehouse team

I am really impressed by this course. I am moving in to the world of web development and a couple of potential employers have let me know that Node.js is a technology that they use. Therefore, I headed straight to Treehouse and the Node.js basics course by Andrew 'Chalkers' Chalkley. It provides a great overview and good springboard to get your head around Node.js. I highly recommend it.

Awesome course. I came into the course having no Node.js experience, and left feeling like I have a solid understanding of Node.js. Looking forward to learning even more.

Super helpful. Skimmed over some of the fundamentals when I first learned node and it was really nice to have someone explain the fundamental clearly. Highly recommended for beginners.

After completing the Front End Development Track I was a bit confused about what to do next. A friend encouraged me to learn about NodeJS so I did. I had no idea that you could do so much with JavaScript. I've barely scratched the surface. This instructor is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the topic. Though I know only a tiny bit of Node, it's enough to realize that it really is awesome.

Being a senior front end developer. I have been put of by Node JS with some complex tutorials on the internet for so long until I stumbled upon Andrew's lessons on tree house. I always seen lot of Node JS examples which was not easy to grasp, but Andrew's lesson was crisp and extensive enough to understand the core node js concepts. This is one of the easiest and awesome Node JS which I have ever seen. After finishing Node.JS class, I feel like I am pretty confident to have the Node JS under my armour. Kudos to the whole team and continue your good job.
