Very good course for the OKR champion role. Maybe not generic for my colleagues in their product teams to learn OKRs though. Only criticim would be Trello as tooling since my company actually is blocking access due to data privacy laws. But I did it with MS Planning, works similar.

Raj is an excellent instructor, addressing topics from both operational and executive perspectives. One of the best takeaways for me was how Agile development fails to address "why" features are delivered. Companies turn their developers into feature farms without knowledge of the context. When a developer is asked why they are working on a feature, they reply: "Because our boss said so". The correct answer should be: "Because we think it will impact X which matters to the company because of Y". Agile + OKRs = Success! Looking forward to help companies apply these principles for their own growth!

I really enjoyed learning more about the applicability of OKRs, especially how they align to Agile and how to run the sessions - really tangible learnings.

very informative, interessing and interactive course. it is well detailed with practical cases, section 4 provides a lot of advice on use and errors when setting up OKRs. it will be helpfull if the instructeur can add full list sample OKR. Great Course.

I really liked the course. Although I had read John Doer’s book Measure what Matters, I liked how the ideas expressed in the book were laid out in the course to help apply them at work. I liked the explanation on how to use them with agile teams. I would have like some examples, however I have enough to try them n my teams. Thanks Raj for a fantastic course.

Raj is incredibly clear in his delivery of the subject matter. The course overall is a great foundation to build of in terms of defining OKRs and how to build them for students at any level.

Really interesting course! Covered in very good detail all information that I want for my professional needs. Good balance of theory and practice. this is the first time I learn in depth about OKR. So i dont have prior experience to compare. I choose the course because Raj can draw and illustrate in animation -> which shows that he understand and able to explain in a visual way. As a visual learner, i really appreciate that. The explanation of the concept is well done and easy to digest. The trello part was abit slow so i put x2 speed. I would like to see more real examples of OKR boards and to get inspired from them

Excellent course. I find myself making notes of what the instructor is saying because I know it will help me coach others and guide Teams through the process properly. The OKR Framework at one level is so logical and fundamental, but as people say "life happens" and proper execution and staying on the path that is set can and will be difficult. The instructors walks you through a specific annual and quarterly time of the events that need to be followed to keep on track. In the end it is up to everyone to stick to the framework.
