He should create a new course covering 19c or 23c but even this 10 year old class is useful. Very concise, detailed oriented and unlike alot of so-called instructors on the udemy platform, he actually knows how to teach.

If there is anything to be thankful for in this course, it is the detailed and precise way of approaching and presenting concepts and practices. It is definitely an excellent course on concepts and technologies that require a moderate learning curve. Thanks Ahmed...

This is an excellent course, the instructor is very knowledgeable. The practice labs provide the necessary steps to create both physical and logical standby databases and the lectures explain the pros and cons of both types of standby databases.

I have been a DBA for several years and have performed some DG configurations. however, I wasnt always sure about everything I was doing; e.g. understanding all the concepts, etc. this course so far is excellent at clearly explaining all DG related concepts.

Smart to provide a virtual appliance and walk through setup. Might want to explain why ASM and not local file storage. Instructor covers the material in depth with plenty of support data via pdf and other material. Original a 4 start but upgraded to 5 start after completing course.
