Video is freezing as well as the app. Please fix ASAP!!! UPDATE TO THE ORIGINAL REVIEW: videos seem to be not glitching however I am still not done with the training. We will see if the remainder is still good.

I have tried taking the course several times, but the videos fail and display an error message stating that an engineer will fix the issue; days go by, yet the problem remains unresolved. A disappointing experience.
