Exelente curso para conocer de entrada las opciones que existen para inversión. Al inicio y conforme avanzaba el curso pensaba que como todo estaba dirigido en su mayoría a un publico Americano, creía que no encontraría alternativas en donde vivo pero ya conociendo los concepto impartidos aquí, pude investigar un poco por internet las alternativas regionales y me di cuenta que si existen pero no son conocidas por el publico promedio. Espero aplicar el conocimiento impartido.

I really enjoyed this course my suggestions for improvement would be to have a more UK specific angle to some of the areas as some of the investment options are only for citizens based in America. I like the way the course was broken down as well as how clearly it was presented, the presentation tone was great and I was able to clearly hear and understand the points being made. This course has really broadened my mind to the various type of Passive Income Asstes which are available to buy and even create.

Good basic information that gets you interested. Mainly focuses on the "what" part. However, most of this can be found online without having to look far.

Another brilliant course by Steve. I bought this one because I attended another one and liked his teaching style so much. Turned out to be a great decision! Feels like Steve became a close friend I'm "in touch with" almost every day (am listening more to him than to my partner!). A tiny suggestion to further improve the course: when you showed us the DRIP example from Coke with a breakdown of all fees, it would have been extraordinarily great to see a fictive investment business case for 10 years, assuming the numbers don't change. Can, for example, use growth rates of the stocks from the past 10 years and use the shown fees to create a small calculation spreadsheet. I created one myself that gave good insight just to practice a little. But apart from that, Steve the legend did it again - great course, definitely recommended!

Wow... I learned a ton. I highly recommend this course if you have limited or no knowledge of the topic! 1) I recommend changing your title to "Passive Income Investing and Side-Gigs: Mastering the Basics" 2) Very curious as to what your thoughts are on cryptocurrencies as an option for Passive Income. I believe the easy argument is that the money spent on energy/electricity to mine cancels out most profits for the average person. 3) Also, your "Bonus Step" in the last lecture should not be asking your students to leave a review.

There is a lot of material, all of which is practical, with real-world applications. The tutor delivers all the options of passive income, in a easy and clear manner, straight to the point without extra fluff. He takes also the initiative to summerise all at the end, suggest strateies and give actionable advice on how to get started. Genuine care to deliver the right material to get one going on his/her passive income journey.

This is decent course on passive investing. The author provides a wide range of options for the would-be or even experienced investor to consider or reevaluate. This course provides a nice foundation to start an investor's education. My assumption is, never invest in something you don't understand, regardless of the easy with which one can start investing, e.g., stocks, bonds, etc. I would recommend this course for all types of investors; even for the experienced investor. I believe one or two good pieces of information can be gleamed from this course. Thank you Mr. Ballinger!

The course were great. It has a lot of information on it that would definitely improve one's life ( if they are passionate of course). Most importantly its rich in information about passive income. It would definitely be much exciting if you add more passive income method yearly or maybe just update your course every year. It would bring more knowledge hungry students.

This is another great course by Steve! The instructor presents an overview of passive income options, with details and examples on how to implement them. Even though most examples are from the USA, it's not difficult to find examples for investing in one's own country. Together with Steve's "Investing Success" and "The smart way to personal finance success" courses, this one is a must-have to improve your investing (both time, energy and money) skills. Thanks a lot for the effort you put on it, Steve!

I have always been a bit of a fan of stocks (specifically the NASDAQ) and Bonds (Federal) as well as the idea of personal investment avenues. I learned a lot more about different avenues than what I was aware of going in, like REITs and Peer to Peer lending. I will definitely be implementing some of these to start building my portfolio up further. Hopefully I will build it up enough in the next year or two in order to make my way further to financial independence. I'm really happy that I took the course and will be looking for more concerning a few of the topics that he alluded to in this one.
