I absolutely loved the delivery and content especially the powerful and highly effective hypnosis sessions. The explanations throughout the process were really clear and I was enthusiastic about moving on to the next step. I had to stop myself rushing the process ! This course has really helped me enormously in dealing with feeling stuck and trapped. I found it really astonishing how the first point of pain and the past life experience related so well to my current situation offering a profound understanding and huge realisations. A lot of information. Deep emotional work. Feels though something was tapped into that was overwhelming and suddenly it was interrupted. The hypnosis process felt rushed. It left me with unease and a feeling of being left alone abruptly. But thats just my experience. Overall it is a good course.

This course helped me find out the beginning of my emotional wounds and the hypnosis sessions were very relaxing. I shall be trying further healing techniques as mentioned by Karen and hope that I can remove the repeating patterns.

A very thorough approach to past life healing. My only issue is that I typically go straight to the significant point in a past life, and it was distracting to be told so many times to "move to the next significant event." I did appreciate though moving to the death and right after death. I think the work on repeating patterns will also help with my regular therapy.

I can relate to the Past Lives with healing emotional wounds and repeating patterns. For healing emotional wounds there was a situation in my life where I extended what I call the olive branch to get some closure. This was a healing to talk out some issues, the situation was very fruitful and a relief. The situation wont ever be a repeat behavior pattern ever.

This is a personal improvement course, not a course for professionals. Karen is always good however and I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to heal emotional past life wounds on a personal level. If you are looking for a professional course regarding the same material, it is not here. That being said, I am hoping Karen will someday make such a course since she is probably one of the best, if not the best Hypnosis Instructor here on Udemy .

I felt completely guided throughout the course. The two regression sessions allowed me to identify my first point of pain in this lifetime and to go back in time to a past life where the issue of the repeating pattern was clearly laid out and validated what has been happening in my present life.

She explained the process very well but in the first hypnosis going back in past life it was little unclear which part in that life I should work with.I started with the oen near the death but I should start with digging a few years earlier. That was little confusing to me.This is not the first time with hypnosis.I did a mixture for over 24 years ago and then with therapist for 14-12 years ago.I can quite easily go in akasha to make ecxercises but this guidance with blocks from the childhood was very good to make. I worked with this blocks as well with another kind of healing.Good combination with the orther course of her.
